Returns & Exchanges

At Route One Apparel, we want you to love your Maryland-inspired gear; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
